This is a child's riding toy. This is an old fashioned toy that first appeared in the late 1800's and the turn of the last century. Some were made by toy stores and toy makers. Some may recall these simple toys. Many are now family heirlooms. The ones that survived. Some have even been used as flower pot holders. However, once you purchase it no child or grandchild will allow it to rest. It is not designed for speed but can be a lot of fun for a child who has just learned to walk. I recommend 12 months to about 3 or 4 years of age. All parts and surfaces have been sanded smooth. Happy motoring! (Sorry only green, dark blue, and yellow riding toys are left!)
